Peter F. Dwyer, Esq., is a Monroe attorney who earned his Bachelor's degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, with a double major in Business and Government. Mr. Dwyer earned his Law degree from Brooklyn Law School and an M.B.A degree from Baruch College.

In North Carolina, prior to starting The Fitzgerald Dwyer Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Dwyer represented lenders in commercial real estate transactions at the firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

In New York, he founded the law firm Colombini & Dwyer in 1997 and was also President founder of and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Universal Realty Services, Inc. d/b/a Cutting Edge Realty Services Company.

Peter Dwyer is a Union County attorney located in Monroe whose practice focuses on representing clients on a wide range of legal areas ranging from Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning matters; Contract law to include but not be limited to business purchase and sale contracts; Commercial and Residential Real Estate Services representing clients in Title and Survey matters the negotiation, drafting and review of purchase and sale contracts, easements, loan documents, and other real estate related documents; Business law representing clients in forming Corporations and Limited Liability Company entities; the Administration of Estates in Probate Court; Criminal Law and Traffic Court matters ranging from your basic speeding ticket and seatbelt violations to your more serious misdemeanor and felony charges.

Married with four children, Mr. Dwyer is a Masters swimmer and nationally licensed youth soccer coach.
